These terms apply to purchases made through Great Kilt Company. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and to the related shipping, return, and privacy policies on this website.
Products and Custom Orders
Many of our kilts, Highland outfits, tartans, and leather products are made to order. Product colours, fabric texture, and small handmade variations may differ slightly from images on screen. Customers must carefully check measurements and customization choices before submitting an order.
Orders and Payment
An order is accepted after the order details and payment have been received and confirmed. Prices and product details are shown at checkout. Online payments are processed through the payment service shown at checkout, including Stripe where available. We do not receive or store your complete card details.
Manufacturing and Shipping
Our manufacturing and dispatch operations are based in Pakistan. Normal orders are completed and dispatched within up to 21 days. Rush orders are completed and dispatched within up to 14 days, subject to availability for the selected product. These are estimates; carrier delays, customs, weather, and peak-season demand can affect delivery after dispatch.
Returns and Exchanges
Custom-made products are not returnable or exchangeable unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error by Great Kilt Company. Ready-made products may be eligible subject to the Return & Exchange Policy. Do not send an item back before receiving return instructions.
